bHIP Global is a MLM company marketing an energy drink, that will leave a lot of people seeing red in the end. The big promotion during the free prelaunch of 30% off your first purchase was nothing but hype, the compensation plan that they were showing was missing key components and the name bHIP itself lead to people getting involved thinking that they were joining a 7 year old company.
When you start to research bHIP and Terry Lacore the truth comes out. We were told that the company has seven 7 years experience and global infrastructure in over 30 countries. While the 7 years experience was true for the founders of the company but not bHIP itself. BHIP is the ticker symbol for NHT Global (formerly Lexxus), where Mr. Lacore was removed from the board, apparently for misappropriating funds, diverting them to family interests. Terry LaCore also has an outstanding class action against him for stock manipulation when with Lexxus. So why would LaCore choose a name associated with a company he was fired from due to ‘alleged’ illegal dealings?? I was not the only one who thought that BHIP and bHIP where the same because NHT had to issue a press release to clarify the relationship stating that they were in no way involved with bHIP. NHT feels that bHIP Global inc violated its trade mark of BHIP and will seek a remedy to this. if talks with bHIP Global do not bring about satisfactory resolution.
The compensation plan that they showed during the free prelaunch had some key missing ingredients and is designed to front load product using techniques that make the new distributor feel they must come in at Global leader. Something they did not tell you during the free launch was that if you did not come in at RL (100bv), NL(300bv), or GL(600bv) you had 10 days to achieve those levels or the BV you needed would become doubled. Now the Bonus Volume needed to achieve those levels has to be Personal Volume, your referrals volume does not count. Now it is true that your BV would accumulate and not get flushed every month, but when the product has a 20bv on autoship if you never sold any through your website, not referrals who become distributors, how long would it take to achieve 200bv, 600bv, 1200bv to get into a paying spot. To achieve over ride bonuses you must be at RL and have 2 active personal referrals one on each leg, right and left. To achieve matching bonuses you need to be GL and have 30 active referrals on each leg. Plus they have another bonus called Rookie Bonus, which is designed to make sponsors pressure referrals into coming in as a GL since, you get that Rookie Bonus if you bring in 4 people at GL in your first 4 weeks.
They also claimed during the free prelaunch that all people who got in before November 5 was going to get a 30% discount on the first order. This was not entirely true. You had to come in as a Global Expansion Leader to receive that discount.
A lot of red flags went up with bHIP after I started to learn more. The name they choose caused people to think this was an established company. The CEO has legal problems from his last company. They did not tell the whole truth about the compensation plan or the 30% rebate during the free prelaunch. A close look at the compensation plan shows it is driven by front loading product. Companies that front load product do not care about the distributors, they know that most people leave an opportunity after 2 months if no profit is made. I have been in those types of companies and most people leave angry and upset and in debt.
If you are thinking about joining bHIP Global for the energy drink and do not mind paying a $49.95 yearly fee for a 15% discount then go ahead. However if you are looking for a legitimate opportunity to make money look else where. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there that have good products with a good pay plan, that do not have start up costs or fronting of the product.
